FAQ

Frequently asked questions

Is dental treatment in Turkey safe?
Yes. Dent Simurg is licensed by the Turkish Ministry of Health, our clinicians are members of the Turkish Dental Association, and we use the same implant and ceramic brands as leading UK and German clinics, with regularly audited sterilisation protocols.
What brands and materials do you use?
Premium implant systems and high-quality zirconium and E-max ceramics, chosen to suit each case. We are happy to confirm the exact brand for your plan.
How long will I need to stay in Kuşadası?
Most veneer and crown treatments take 5–7 days. Implants usually need two short visits a few months apart. Your plan includes an exact day-by-day schedule before you book flights.
How many visits will I need?
Many treatments are completed in a single trip. Implants typically need two visits; we always confirm the exact number in your plan.
Do you arrange travel, transfers and a hotel?
Yes. We meet you at İzmir Airport, arrange your hotel at partner rates and handle daily clinic transfers and an interpreter. See our Hotel & Transfer page.
How much does it cost?
Typically 65–75% less than the UK or USA, all-inclusive. Send a photo for a personalised quote, or see our Prices page for indicative figures.
When and how do I pay?
You pay nothing until you arrive and approve your final plan. We accept card, bank transfer and cash in GBP, EUR, USD or TRY, with staged payments for larger plans.
What guarantee do I get?
A written guarantee on implants and on veneers and crowns, honoured internationally and backed by the full treatment records you take home.
What about aftercare back home?
You leave with full records and aftercare guidance, and our team stays reachable on WhatsApp for any questions.
Which languages do you speak?
Our team speaks English, German, French, Arabic and Russian, so you are looked after in your own language.
Can I combine treatment with a holiday?
Most patients do. Appointments are usually in the mornings, leaving afternoons free for the beach, Ephesus and the Aegean coast.
I have a dental emergency — what should I do?
Message us on WhatsApp with a photo for a reply in about 5 minutes, or call the clinic. We offer same-day emergency appointments.
