• Identity and contact data (name, phone, email, country).
• Enquiry and appointment data.
• Special-category health data — dental photographs, X-rays and clinical information, processed with your explicit consent.
• Technical/usage data and, with consent, advertising identifiers.

• Responding to enquiries and providing information.
• Preparing treatment plans, quotes and smile designs.
• Coordinating appointments, travel and accommodation.
• Delivering treatment and aftercare and keeping legally required records.
• With consent, marketing and advertising measurement.

Processing is based on your explicit consent (health data, photos, marketing), the establishment/performance of the services you request, our legal obligations as a healthcare provider, and our legitimate interests, as permitted by KVKK Articles 5–6 and GDPR Articles 6 and 9.

Data is accessed by the assigned coordinator and treating clinician, and by limited processors (e.g. email/SMS providers) under agreements. Cross-border communication may occur for international patients, with appropriate safeguards.

We retain treatment records for the period required by Turkish healthcare law, and other data only as long as necessary for the stated purposes or until consent is withdrawn.

You may learn whether your data is processed, request information and correction, request erasure or restriction, object to processing, request portability, and withdraw consent.
