Privacy Policy

Dent Simurg Ağız ve Diş Sağlığı Polikliniği ("Dent Simurg", "we", "us") is a Ministry of Health–licensed dental clinic in Kuşadası, Aydın, Türkiye. We are the data controller responsible for your personal data. Our company registration details are available on request via our Contact page.

We collect only what we need to respond to you and plan your care:

• Contact details — name, phone/WhatsApp number, email and country.
• Enquiry details — the treatment you are interested in, preferred dates and any message you send.
• Health data — dental photographs, X-rays and information you provide for assessment. This is special-category (sensitive) data processed only with your explicit consent.
• Technical data — basic analytics and, only with your consent, advertising cookies (see our Cookie Policy).

We use your data to:

• respond to your enquiry and answer questions;
• prepare a treatment plan, quote and (where requested) a smile design;
• coordinate appointments, travel, transfer and accommodation;
• provide aftercare and keep your treatment records;
• with consent, measure the effectiveness of our advertising.

We rely on your consent (for marketing communications, advertising cookies and processing your photos/health data), on the steps taken at your request before and during treatment, and on our legitimate interest in running and improving the clinic. For health data we always obtain your explicit consent.

Your enquiry is handled by the assigned patient coordinator and the treating clinician. We do not sell your data. Limited, trusted service providers (for example email or SMS delivery) may process data on our behalf under appropriate agreements. We never share your data with recipients you have not been told about.

Dental photos and X-rays are sensitive. They are stored securely with restricted access, used only for your assessment and treatment planning, and retained no longer than necessary. You may ask us to delete them at any time.

We keep enquiry data only as long as needed to assist you, and treatment records for the period required by Turkish healthcare regulations. Marketing data is kept until you withdraw consent.

As an international clinic we may communicate with you across borders. Where data is transferred outside your country, we take appropriate safeguards to protect it.

Under KVKK (Law No. 6698) and GDPR you have the right to access, correct, delete or restrict your data, to object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any right, contact us via our Contact page. You also have the right to complain to the relevant data-protection authority.
